Honda’s U3-X is the Human Transportation Device From the Future!

The Honda U3-X, the automaker’s new personal mobility device, is a boom box-looking one-person unicycle-like scooter for office use, home mobility and travel on sidewalks without interfering with walkers.

This is less a replacement for a walker, as with Honda’s Walking Assistance Device, and more a Segway-style personal passenger vehicle. It uses an electric motor designed to provide free movement in all direction, stop, and adjust speed on the fly using shifting body weight. The trick is the Honda Omni Traction Drive System or the “HOT Drive System”.

That’s the pits. This spectacular campaign by the german agency das comitee was made for the world aids day 2009 and it speaks a very plain language.

The campaign starts on the 1st of December with the slogan  “Aids ist ein Massenmörder” / Aids is an mass murderer. The center of this campaign is defined by the some of the worst mass murderer having sex.

This is very rad indeed but in times where aids is becoming a big part of our daily life and with people starting to be indifferent about the subject, campaigns like this one will surely raise more attention then a funny campaingn would do. It sure is very controversial, in every way, but also good work by the creatives of  “das comitee agency”. So make up your mind and share your opinion about this one.

Its summer and this fucking hot sun makes you sweat. You are sitting in a little bar at the beach and have some Mochitos. In front of you the wonderfull sea and like a warm sumerbreeze through the speakers, you listen to Steven M’s new Podcast.

His name Paul Neave -  interactive designer of Neave.com. Hes been using Flash for over 10 years both with Neave.com and for design agencies in Manchester and London, and has been making computers do silly things for even longer.

Paul explains Neave.com as his personal interactive playground; a place where he can explore his ideas and try out risky experiments that he wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to make anywhere else.  He often spend his days pointing and gazing in wonder at the world around him, Neave.com allows him to turn his daydreams into reality.
