BTGMX006 – EFA (Pollen/Crazylegs)

BTG London got in touch with a Bristol based collective doing one of the city´s freshest garment outlets (Donuts) and a forward-thinking clubnight (Crazylegs). Crazyleg´s resident EFA produced the mix. All tracks are from Bristol artists or released on Bristol labels. I really enjoyed this one and i´m glad i can spread the vibe… Read the interview here.

James Blake – debut Album

I already posted this over at Onebeat.. but nevermind.. the worlds gotta know.
On February 5th the thoroughly hyped debut album of James Blake is finally released on Atlas.
Who follows the blog knows i like his stuff..wait, i love it!! All EPs are very good and the Album is a shift in style including a lot of singing of James Blake himself.
This one is at the very top of my playlist. Check out 2 tracks of the Album below. Hype!

Kryptic Minds album preview

UK´s duo Kryptic Minds are going to release their second album on the Black Box Label in April. Until then we have 3 preview tracks from their soundcloud. Dense sub-bass, thick shadows.. nodding heads (preferably on a Funktion One System). I love this shit!

Frankie Bingo

Another youngster from the Islands contributing in strength to the massive dubstep, garage and uk funky output. Frankie Bingo is a 21 year old Dj/Producer from Dublin, Ireland. I found about this dude yesterday (thanks Heiko) and both is tunes and promo mixtape are great. I´m gonna keep an eye on Mr.Bingo.
